Mo Chi offers training in a variety of modalities of Qigong: Tai Chi, Kung Fu, Daoist practices, Yoga, and meditation. 

In addition, we coach in other areas of personal development including Sanda Chinese kickboxing, personal training, as well as swimming and vocals. 

We also organize retreats focused on specific wellness goals, both local to NYC and to destinations as far away as Asia.
